Returns / Refund Policy
All returns must be authorized by our Customer Service Department prior to being returned.
Refunds will only be made after goods have been returned in their original condition to G.T.French Paper Limited, and are subject to inspection.
Refunds must be approved by our Customer Service Department and will be credited to the customer’s credit card with which the original purchase was made.
The dollar amount credited will be determined and agreed by both our customer and customer service department
G.T.French Paper will ship orders to the designated address provided by our customer.
Orders will not be shipped to P.O. boxes.
A signature will be required at time of delivery. Where no one is available instructions will be left for the customer to contact the designated delivery provider and arrange redelivery or pick-up. In cases where goods are to be picked up proof of identification will be required.
