Is GT French open to the public?
We have three stores open to the public located in Hamilton, Kitchener and Niagara Falls. Click here to view our Wholesale Outlet locations.

Do you accept debit?
We accept all major credit cards for purchases and payment processing. Interac can be used in person at our Wholesale Outlets.

Do you have a price list?
Our standard pricing is available at our Online Outlet Store.

How do I place an order?
You can place an order by calling a customer service representative at (905) 574-9090. Alternatively, you can send an order through fax (905) 574-1269 or email sales@gtfrench.ca.

Does GT French deliver?
We deliver within our immediate trading area using our own fleet of GT French trucks. Please contact our Customer Service Department for details of our minimum order size and delivery/pick-up options.

Do you need to have an account to shop here?
Anyone can buy from GT French. Businesses are encouraged to set up a formal account as it provides many benefits:

  • Ongoing purchase record-keeping
  • Reporting options available
  • Eblast and newsletters
  • Pricing history
  • Credit terms application
  • Volume purchasing contracts and price support

How do I set up an account for credit terms?

Is there a membership fee?
No.

Are there special rates for buying in bulk?
Many items can be purchased in full case amounts and offer a savings by doing so. Purchases of significant volume, or with high annual consumption, can be negotiated. Please contact your sales representative for assistance, or contact our customer service department.

Is everything you carry displayed in the Wholesale Outlets?
GT French lists more than 18,000 SKUs. More than 6,000 of these are stocked in our distribution centre in Hamilton, Ontario. Our Wholesale Outlets stock about 1,500 of the most popular items for immediate pickup.

Orders over $150 + HST qualify for free delivery in Greater Hamilton and Burlington.
