G.T. French Paper LTD (hereinafter "G.T. French", "we", "our", "us") respects all customer’s privacy online. As part of this commitment, we have prepared this Privacy Policy to inform our customers about the manner we collect, store and disclose all personal information provided by our customers on our website(s) www.gtfrench.ca and b2b.gtfrench.ca.
You do not need an account to browse our public website (gtfrench.ca) but to browse or purchase from our B2B website (b2b.gtfrench.ca) you must sign up for an account. When singing up for an account, the following information must be provided: Name; Address; Postal code; Phone Number; E-mail; Name of business; Address of business (or delivery address). This information is collected so G.T. French can fill out invoices and deliver products correctly and accurately. Without this information, the products cannot be bought or delivered. When making a purchase, or "checking out" customers are required to provide the details of their credit card including name on the card, the card number, expiry date and three-digit CVC number. This information is collected to process the order and transaction. This information is not stored on our website or within G.T. French unless you opt to keep your credit card on file. If you wish to keep your credit card on file you can do that by contacting our credit department. The transaction is completed through EVO Payments International Canada, and when processed, your credit card information cannot be accessed by G.T. French.
G.T. French will not disclose, trade, rent, sell or otherwise transfer your personal information, without your prior consent or permitted by law. Your personal information required to register for an account may be stored with G.T. French but will not be disclosed to employees, or other customers. We may transfer your information if your order will be delivered through a third-party service inducing FedEx and Rapid Delivery Inc.
Legal: Please note that G.T. French and its service providers must provide your personal information in response to a search warrant or other legally valid inquiry or order, or to an investigative body in the case of a breach of an agreement or contravention of law, or as otherwise required by applicable law. We may also disclose personal information to assist us in collecting a debt owed by you, or otherwise necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
