The Stainless Steel Frame accessory allows the Scott(r) Pro Recessed Stainless Steel Dispenser (31501) to be surfaced mounted. The frame comes assembled and ready for attachment to the dispenser; providing a finished surround when installed on the wall. When installed properly; this dispenser meets the ADA Standards for Accessible Design; 28 CFR Part 36; local rules may vary.
